By downloading, installing, or using Menu Mindmap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License Grant

Menu Mindmap grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any macOS device that you own or control. This license does not allow you to use the application on any device you do not own or control.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the application
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Redistribute or resell the application

4. Ownership

Menu Mindmap and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of Øyvind Snekkestad. All content you create using the application remains your property.

5. Privacy

Your use of Menu Mindmap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information or mind map content.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update Menu Mindmap from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Menu Mindmap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Øyvind Snekkestad be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies.
